Monthly Live Talks
Join our one hour talks to learn about the latest updates in lifestyle medicine. Speakers include a cardiologist, dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist/osteopath, psychologist, and Dr. Obayashi. Location is South Surrey Recreation Centre in the Semiahmoo Arts Society hall just to the right of the entrance. Time is always 6:15-7:30pm on weekday evenings. Meet our team at our live talks before considering the full program.
Join with friends and family
The following four scenarios will each be $25 per talk or $350 for the 2025 year:
1. An individual (in person)
2. Any two people from different households (in person)
3. Everyone living in the same household (in person)
4. Up to 10 people sharing the same screen (online)

Payment
It’s $25 per talk or $350 for the 2025 year, paid in cash or e-transfer to jobayashi99@gmail.com, or there is a 3.3% surcharge by "Online Payment" below.
